Terms of Use

This site is operated by SaaSRev. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “SaaSRev” mean the business that operates it.

The site describes what we do. It is not an offer to enter a contract. Our paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement with you. Booking a strategy call or receiving a free audit does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

The results, numbers and case studies on this site are examples from specific client engagements. They are not a guarantee, a forecast or a promise of what you will achieve. We do not claim they are typical of every client.

Results depend on many things we do not control, including your product, market, pricing, ad budget, sales process, team and how well the work is carried out. Some companies will see less, and some may see no improvement. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including revenue, demos, leads, return on ad spend or customer acquisition cost.

Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the companies we have worked with. They do not mean those companies endorse this site beyond the work described.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• break or bypass security, or interfere with how the site works;
• scrape, copy or resell the site’s content in bulk, or use bots to do so, without our written permission (normal search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt are fine);
• send us anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that you do not have the right to share;
• pretend to be someone else or give false details when you book a call.

The site’s text, designs, graphics, videos, logos and code are owned by SaaSRev or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content or the SaaSRev name and logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as our booking calendar, videos and shared documents. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for content we do not control.

If you book a call or give us your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about it by email and phone, and by text message if you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information and how to opt out.

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SaaSRev and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your legal rights as a consumer, where you have them, are not affected.

You agree to cover the reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the site. We may restrict or end your access to the site at any time if we think you have.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date at the top, is the one that applies. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to do so later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
