1Who we are
SaaSRev operates saasrev.io. We help B2B SaaS companies win customers through paid ads, outbound and sales funnels. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2What we collect
What you give us. When you book a strategy call or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything you choose to tell us about your business and goals. We may also keep notes from our calls and a record of our messages with you.
What we collect automatically. When you visit the site we receive your IP address (and the rough location it implies), device and browser type, the pages you view, links you click, the page or ad that sent you, the date and time of your visit, and how you interact with videos. Cookies and similar technologies collect this (see “Cookies and advertising technologies” below).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details). Please do not send it to us.
3How we use it, and our legal basis
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we need a legal basis for each use. Ours are:
- To book and run your strategy call, answer your questions and prepare for the conversation. Basis: taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To follow up about your call and our services by email, phone and, if you opt in, text message. Basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business follow-up, and your consent for text messages.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website. Basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our marketing.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep business records. Basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests. Basis: legal obligation.
We do not make decisions about you using automated profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
4Cookies and advertising technologies
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on this site. It sets cookies and sends Meta information such as the pages you visit, your IP address, your device and browser, and actions such as viewing the booking page or booking a call. We use it to measure how our ads perform, to build audiences, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may also use this data for its own purposes under its own privacy policy.
Our booking calendar (provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector) and our video player (Vidalytics) may set their own cookies or collect viewing and usage data. If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they work in a similar way and are covered here.
Your choices:
- In the EU, the rest of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we turn on advertising cookies (the Meta Pixel) only after you accept. Elsewhere they are on unless you decline. Everyone can change this at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but some features may not.
- You can control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
- You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and, in the EU, YourOnlineChoices (youronlinechoices.eu).
5Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed, with:
- Service providers that help us run the business: HighLevel / LeadConnector (booking calendar, CRM, email and text messaging), Vercel (website hosting), Vidalytics (video hosting), Gamma (documents we share with you), and similar tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Advertising partners, such as Meta, through the pixel described above.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) and authorities when the law requires it.
- A buyer or investor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for ad targeting (as the Meta Pixel does) as “sharing” or a “sale”. “Your rights” below explains your choices.
6Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your booking and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking a call.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do share information with the providers that deliver our messages, only to send them.
7Transfers outside your country
SaaSRev and many of our providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. When personal information is transferred from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on approved safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to follow up with you, keep business records and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.
9Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Your rights
Everyone can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to a text.
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your information, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
In California and other US states with privacy laws you may have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To use any of these rights, contact us through the form on our booking page. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law allows (usually 30 to 45 days).
11Children
Our services are for businesses. saasrev.io is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12Links to other sites
Our site links to and embeds third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take extra steps to tell you.
